I really wanted to like this book more than I did. Perhaps my expectations were off. I expected a book with more concrete information about how to change one's habits. Having read Rubin's other books The Happiness Project and Happier at Home, I knew there would be a fair amount of her personal life included. I know she is trying to share personal examples that illustrate her points, but for me, this book missed the mark. The book read like watered-down psychology with a Rubin-esque spin. I was a little put-off by her tone--it seemed judgemental--and honestly, liked this book the least of her three. I was disappointed because I waited such a long time for this book to come out and was excited to get a review copy. If you are interested in habit change, read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg for more concrete strategies and analysis of examples from the business world. I received a free copy of this book from bloggingforbooks.org in exchange for a review
